There’s an old saying: We’re either growing or dying. And I believe this to be true—99.999% of the time.

We are not designed to remain stagnant. Life is about continuous learning, evolving, and experiencing new things. Growth isn’t always easy. It often means stepping outside of our comfort zones, and yes, that discomfort is real. But just like growing pains in our youth, those moments of challenge lead to incredible transformation.

Long-term success—whether in your career, personal life, or spiritual journey—comes from embracing development. For some, growth is about professional achievements; for others, it's about personal well-being or spiritual enlightenment. The focus itself doesn’t matter—what matters is that we keep moving forward and refuse to settle into complacency.

That brings us to this week’s question:
