Monday Morning Motivation – Again
Sharing Resources to Help You Grow Personally, Professionally & Financially
Sometimes it helps to get a little dose of encouragement—along with a good cup of coffee!—to start the day.
Hopefully, the message below will help you get off to a good start for the week. Feel free to share this newsletter with anyone who might benefit from its content.
Again
As we approach the end of 2024, I can’t help but reflect on what I’ve accomplished and what still remains unfinished this year. This reflection has become a yearly ritual—evaluating the good and the bad. It’s a process that helps me set meaningful goals for the upcoming year.
I repeat this process again, and again, and again.
That is good. And that is bad.
Doing things again and again is the basic definition of a habit. And habits can be good. Or they can be bad.
As I look back on 2024, I can see that:
- I broke free from some of my worst habits and adopted new, empowering ones.
- Some unproductive patterns still linger, reminding me of the pain of regret yet again.
“We must all live with one of two pains: the pain of discipline or the pain of regret.” – Jim Rohn.
That brings us to this week’s question:
- What will you do again in 2025?
Thanks for sharing a bit of your time with me this Monday morning. Remember: Every habit you choose to keep or change shapes your future.
Have a great week!
Curt
