Musicians and artists have always fascinated me. When it comes to music or art, I didn’t receive any natural talent. Watching these creatives work their magic is absolutely amazing to me.

Interestingly, as I’ve grown older, my perspective on creativity has evolved. It can best be summed up in one simple statement:

What seems ordinary to one person can be extraordinary to another.

While music and art may feel like a mystery to me, numbers and logic come naturally. Over time, I’ve realized that my ability to process facts and data is a true gift. It’s something I do effortlessly. The key takeaway? Most of us naturally lean into what we’re good at—and, in doing so, we become even better at those things.

So, what’s the point? It’s simple: Each of us has a unique ability to create. Recognizing and celebrating these gifts—in ourselves and in others—is essential.

That brings us to this week’s question:
